mpasketikos Posted November 3, 2005 Share Posted November 3, 2005 Xanthi are playing consistelty, have good players incl Emerson, good manager, the fans love the team etc.Olympiakos showed that without assistance by the refs are very average and indeed capable of losing easily at home by teams like rosenborg, a disent team but nothing more. PAOK claimed an impressive victory against Olympiakos - why not Xanthi. There is a coordinated effort by all athens based state and private media to play down the high quality and achivement todate of the Xanthi team. Of course Solid knows better and i'm sure he has his worries about the game. XANTHI gia protathlima - Voutixtes tou olympiakou enjoy your next european game - if you can't avoid it them sit comfortably and enjoy it!!!
