Ziaka Posted June 27, 2005 Share Posted June 27, 2005 That was against Tunisia. Arabatzis put Greece ahead, but Tunisians equalised in 2nd half. At the end of the game penalty shootout was instituted. Tunisia won the penalty shootout 5-3. Right now greece is playing its send game against Algeria. Ziaka Posted June 27, 2005 Share Posted June 27, 2005 Today we lost to Algeria 1-0. Despite the loss we are the one of the 8 teams that qualified to the quarterfinals, where we will face Turkey. That game will take place on Wednesday. The football competition of the games included 9 teams, with only one team out of the 9 not making the quartefinals. The team that failed to qualify is Malta.
