GS1905 Posted November 1, 2004 Share Posted November 1, 2004 BESIKTAS 21 RAMAZAN (GK): 6 - did not see much of the ball but seemed shaky as crosses came in, no chance with the Fener goal... 19 IBRAHIM UZULMEZ (D L): 4 - gave away a needless penalty and also was sent off, his mistake was nearly spoiling the party... 25 FATIH SONKAYA (D R): 7 - too strong for a wing back, tried to dummy Ozat a few times but failed, defensively faultless... 28 DOGAN MUSTAFA (D C): 9 - very impressive, after scoring against Ankaragucu last week he applied a good finish to wrap the game up at 2-0... 2 ASIK EMRE (D C): 8 - nice game, in good cooperation with Mustafa and only once missed his man... 4 YILDIRIM AHMET (DM C): 7 - solid but has to be quicker when he's with the ball... 7 BURUK OKAN (AM C): 6 - gave away some needless fouls, on another day he could be sent off for some deliberate behaviour... 14 JUANFRAN GARCIA (M L): 8 - offensively he's still not the guy we know from Vigo but defensively he's way better than his days at Vigo, stopped Serhat still... 17 DOBRA (M R): 5 - he's getting more and more useless for Besiktas every week, is Okan Koc getting something at him??? 10 YALCIN SERGEN (F LC): 7 - he was never in the game, but he somehow made two assists... 23 ALIEU CAREW (F RC): 8 - at last he's shown why he's not playing for peanuts, his goal was awesome... > 30 ALI GUNES (M R): 7 - confused Fener left-side after he came in, more effective for sure than Dobra... > 6 ATAN CAGDAS (D LC): 6 - replaced Carew after Besiktas fell a man short, needs time to gel with rest of the guys... > 55 IBRAHIM AKIN (F LC): 6 - hair cut did not work, not the sort of explosive forward we know him to be, unlucky against Rustu twice... FENERBAHCE 34 RECBER RUSTU (GK): 6 - saved Sergen's close range shot bravely but was at fault in Besiktas' second goal, his reflexes are rebuking away from him... 5 OZAT (D L): 5 - no offensive support whatsoever, his worst showing since the start of the season... 2 FABIO LUCIANO (D C): 6 - he seems OK but when he goes to support the attack, do not expect him to be back for the rest of the year... 3 CETIN SERVET (D C): 5 - in big games his prematurity clearly reveals itself but he's the biggest defensive prospect of Turkish football... 24 DENIZ (D R): 5 - he's screaming that he's crap, he was no match for Juanfran or Ibrahim... 15 AURELIO (DM C): 7 - ran the midfield in the first half very well, but as no feedback received, he was run ragged in the second period... 6 FABIANO (M LC): 5 - I'm still dazzled by his signing, he was brought as a left-back but he now plays the offensive midfielder position in the right-side... 9 AKIN SERHAT (M RC): 4 - saw little of the ball because of his terrible positioning, needs to be rested for a few weeks... 20 ALEX DE SOUZA (AM C): 4 - he's not getting into the game, played as an AMC for the first period but then swiched to a somelike DMC role by Daum and that was the end of his game... 11 NOBRE (S C): 8 - ran his ass out, worked hard and awarded a rightful penalty and he always looked to trouble BJK defenders... 17 PIERRE v.H. (S C): 5 - he lost his nerve after wasting two good free kick chances... needs to be steadier than his teammates when pressure mounts... > 10 SANLI TUNCAY (M LC): 6 - another Daum creation is making him look crappier every week, one has to convince Daum that he's a forward not a side midfielder... > 7 YOZGATLI (AM R): 4 - he was in-form some time ago but because of injuries he became a fringe guy, not the Yozgatli of last season... > 8 HACIOGLU MURAT (S C): ?! - replaced Nobre on 89 minutes as the Brazilian was injured, my reckoning is he's too shitty to make an impact in Fener...
