A court passed a ruling today allowing the club to resume trading as a limited company after administrators acting on behalf of the club came to an agreement with their creditors. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/t...ell/3601421.stm Both Dundee and Livingston are still in administration, and face being deducted ten points at the start of next season if the situation remains.
