frappe27 Posted April 13, 2004 Share Posted April 13, 2004 ESPN Deportes update: Adelphia and Cablevision have agreed to carry ESPN Deportes on the Spanish-language digital tier in areas with significant Spanish-speaking population. The big 4 pay TV operators (Comcast, Time Warner, DirecTV, DISH Network) remain unsigned, but are expected to do so within the next 6 months to take advantage of reduced annual rate increases for ESPN and ESPN2 from 20% each year to 7% each year. Ziaka Posted April 13, 2004 Share Posted April 13, 2004 If and when the big guys sign up to carry ESPN Deportes, is the channel going to be in their Spanish packages or is there a chance that they will make it available in the English language packages as well as they did with Gol TV?
