Ziaka
Les Shannon, the PAOK coach between 1971 - 1974 died at the age of 81this past weekend. Shannon is credited with the creation of the great PAOK team of 1970's that included many legends, such as Koudas, Terzanidis, Apostolidis, Sarafis and many others. it was under Shannon that POAK won two Greek Cup titles in 1972 and 1974. Later on he also coached Iraklis to Greek Cup title. He will be greatly missed by the PAOK fans.
Irlandos
He created the great PAOK team that nearly won the League in 1972 (was it?). He had the team playing beautiful football with good team work and no fear of attacking. RIP!
