Well there is no way to substantiate this but apparently mr Glou (remember the Tsiartas affair) is trying to bring Konstandinou from Gaybros to PAOK, if he is cut by his current team.

Also PAOK is looking at a 21yr Argentinean to fill the attacking midfielder role.

Fysas will more than likely end up at PAOK.

PAOK has signed the Polish defender Miroslaw Sznaucner, who was set free from Iraklis to a 2-year contract.

Very good transfer in my opinion. He is very good a nd steady defender that can play either on the right or left side.

With this transfer, any talk of Fyssas coming to PAOK is history, since he was demanding 1 million Euro for 2 years.

All we need now is to get some help on offense and we are set for the season.

South African Glen Salmon and Tunisian striker Amine Ltaief are due in Thessaloniki tommorrow to be tried and possibly sign contracts with PAOK.

Ltaief (born 4-7-1984) plays for Tunisian team Esperance and is a 2 time inetrnation. he was a leading scorer for Esperance with 16 goals last season. He also played for Tunisia during the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens.

Salmon signed a 2-year deal for 180,000 Euro per season plus bonuses (15 Euro for each minute he plays). He might be considered the replacement for Mieciel. he scored 14 goals in the Dutch league in the past. Something similar to Miciel's last season. We'll see how he performs. In any case, he's probably much better than the palta such as Giasemakis and Torghelle who could not score even in a whorehouse.

Forget Fyssas. Once we got Sznaucner, Fyssas has not chance coming to PAOK. Sznaucner came to PAOK for close to 130,000 Euro per year. Fyssas demanded 500,000 Euro per season from his "friend" zagorakis.

which team does this salmon guy play for

Well he plays for PAOK now for the next 2 years.

Until now he played for NAC Breda and Gronigen in Holland.

I don't think Megahed will come back. He was problematic in the past, and I heard that the Saudi team that paid PAOK 600,000 Euro for him dropped him as well.

Tunisian Almin el taef is in Thessaloniki for his trial with PAOK. If he does well he will sign a contract with the team.

Well reports are that he did not impress in his first session with Parashos and will be given a second chance Friday morning.
