Transfer Rumours

Recommended Posts

nothing is happening really, more of the same.....

So far we got Peseiro.......sort of neutral......sometimes coaches are good one place and bad another.....isnt it about time for a coach to turn out well even if by chance?

we signed:

Malarz - Skoda Xanthi's Polish GK

Dame N'Doye Senegalese 22yr old midfielder played for Academica & Al-Saad...

Elini Dimoutsos - Greek 19 yr old from Ilisiakos...midfielder GR U-19....

Not very much going on really.....we need serious changes, and proven players to plug up all the holes on defense...

And leaving:

Charalambidis

Ebede

Antonsson - Kobehabn FC

Theodoridis

Andric

Bovio

Biscan !!!!!!

though i need to double check on Biscan im not 100% hes gone....

Back to Turkish transfer news, Besiktas have reached an agreement with Guinea-born French anchorman Edouard Cisse. Besiktas will pay €2M to the player's club, Paris Saint-Germain, and the player will receive €1.5M a year for two years.

It's also rumoured that Besiktas are really close to signing Jean-Alain Boumsoung from newly-promotoed Serie A side Juventus on a years-loan, but no official announcement yet.

Here's a strange clip of what might be coming to Besiktas though..

Boumsong flops at Newcastle

And this is an intrıductory video for Cisse. There's Turkish commentary in it in which the commentator mentions info about his career.

after an abundant week of signatures as players such as Lincoln, Cisse and Carle have agreed to play for Turkish Turkcell Super League clubs, here are the latest rumours. after my horrible flop stating Lincoln an unlikely signing for Galatasaray, I won't do any shitty rumours or likely rumours section. the new part is EXPERT'S VIEW..

FENERBAHCE TO GO FOR UMIT KARAN?

After failing to convince Adriano or Ronaldo to play for them, Fenerbahce have now set their sights on rival Galatasaray's prolific striker Umit Karan. Karan, after the first training session of this season, stated that he was dismayed by the "cash and wage considerations" within the club. He obviously implied the high wages attainted by the new expensive signings, especially Lincoln (€2.5M a year,€5M transfer fee) and Linderoth (€1.2M a year,€3.3M transfer fee). Karan renewed his contract with his boyhood club in November and will get €800k for the remaining two years of his contact.

Meanwhile, Karan's agent Harun Aslan talked to Galatasaray executives Adnan Sezgin and Haldun Ustunel about the possibility of the switch. It is rumoured that Fenerbahce will offer Karan a three-year contract worth €1.6M a year + bonuses, making the deal more than €2M a year if the player plays more than 25 games.

EXPERT'S VIEW --who is the expert? me  --

While a month ago it was quite impossible for CimBom fans to think of Karan in a Fener jersey, that may well be the case if the numbers stated in the rumour are for real. Karan has been a consistent contributor for CimBom in the past two seasons scoring 17 and 18 goals respectively, leading the team's charts in both seasons. The striker signed for Galatasaray in June 2001 for a four year contract worht $350k a year. He re-signed on April 2005 to a two year-extension worth €450k yearly and finally signed a new contract November last year for three-years worth €800k. He has been an underpaid player thruout his career and in a team in which Necati Ates is making €1.1M, Sukur making €1.3M, Song and Tomas making €1.4 each and with the additions of Linderoth and Lincoln, the player may well be unsettled with his wage. Whether Fener need him when they have Kezman, Deivid, Colin-Kazim and Semih is doubtful, we all know Aziz spends his money when he has cash without thinking twice.

I would say it's a 50-50 % case and hope he will stay at Galatasaray.. :(

BESIKTAS MAY OPT FOR AKIN

Besiktas will be looking into ways to land former Fenerbahce and FC Koln forward Serhat Akin to Inonu. The Anderlecht player who fell out with his coach at Anderlecht last year after calling him a "donkey idiot" in public, may welcome the move as he has lost his place in the Turkish National Team as well.

EXPERT'S VIEW

Highly unlikely. Besiktas will and should not be so fond of bringing yet another former Fener player after signing up for Mustafa Dogan, Murat Sahin, Ali Gunes, Tayfun Korkut, Marcio Nobre, Mehmet Yozgatli and Rustu Recber in the last three years. It will disrupt the already-fragile team harmony and the hardcore Karakartal fans will definitely like it.. Gamewise, Serhat is a similar player to Burak Yilmaz or Mehmet Yozgatli, a forward who likes to take the ball on the right wing and try to go for goal or create something around.. Would be a waste of money and spirits, I would call..

Yes 25 % - No 75 % but you never know with the lack of logic had by Besiktas management..

SERGEN TO JOIN BESIKTAS, GALATASARAY, TRABZONSPOR, ELSE??

35-year-old midfield playmaker Sergen Yalcin said he would be delighted to play with Lincoln at Galatasaray, should the offer be right. It is rumoured that Adnan Polat has called the player and asked him whether he would consider joining Galatasaray as a possible back-up for Lincoln. The player in return is rumoured to have stated that he may sign for CimBom but all he needs is a signing on fee and then he would settle for a pay-per-game contract for a year. The player was earlier rumoured to be going to Ankaragucu, Trabzonspor and his favourite club Besiktas.

EXPERT'S VIEW

No way. Sergen is obviously trying to "market him" for a big club to show that he can dominate the game even when he is 36. Establishing a young nucleous with Sabri, Arda, Bouzid, Serkan and Baris, CimBom would be stupid to sign him! Trabzonspor will never suit the likes of the player and Besiktas will never sign him as long as Demiroren is in charge..

Yes 15 % - No 85 %. Would be shocked to see him in a CimBom jersey..

AROUNA KONE SIGNED FOR GALATASARAY?

This sort of news would simply be the cause of fluctuations among Galatasaray fans but it's said in many sports sites plus our director of football has gone to Holland to "settle final matters" in his words, so we have every reason to be ecstatic..

Kone to arrive in Istanbul on Tuesday?

Correspondent wishes Kone a good Gala career?

Kone joins Cimbom?

Kone Says: "Sampiyon Cim Bom"

It's either going to be one of the biggest disappointments of the transfer season or one of the greatest signings so far.. We shall see..
