Sorry but Ivic has to go. Our team is a mentally weak team and that has 100% to do with the coach. Whenever we have a supposed big win we immediately suffer a let down. Witness the matches we won against Fiorentina, Olympiakos, Panathinaikos and what happened to us straight after. The team is simply not in the same frame of mind for each game. Countless incorrect team selections, which many here have referred to almost every match. We are wasting our time with this guy as he's incapable of correctly managing and motivating the players to the required level.

Matos, Prijovic, Henrique, Canas, Warda are our quality players in terms of the GSL. Xarisi, Klaus, Koulouris, Kitsiou should be shown the door... not at the required standard. All others are OK but if club wants to be truly successful, meaning contesting for the title from Rd 1, then it should look for upgrades on these guys.

1. Team is mentally weak. That is the domain of the manager. After a big win such as Fiorentina or Olympiakos we cannot hold it together. 2. Agree signings are better this year, except that it took us half a season to improve the front line, a decision that has cost us many points prior to Christmas. 3. If we have a better quality lineup this season, then it's a further indication the team has under achieved this season. 4. Many instances of wrong team selection and formation. Keeping him for the sake of continuity over his inability to properly manage the team is a dumb argument.

Sorry @Bananas, but i have posted countless times regarding his incorrect team selection and inability to motivate the team. Unlike yourself and many others here, i am not an apologist for the club. You may be content with celebrating the playoffs but that's the whole problem with the club. There has never been a weaker Olympiakos, Pana and AEK combined and WHERE ARE WE??? Are you serious? You may be happy with simply having a team to watch each week and that's your prerogative. There are others out there that want their club to be successful but are fed up with the same old crap being dished up each year.

Having the likes of Pelkas and Mystakidis in the NT squad is good for their confidence and development. Short term they can be covered, long term they are better players for the team.

Good winter signing along with Henrique and Prijovic have injected much needed quality and energy into our attack.
