  1. Alefa is one of a kind. If I ever win the lotto I am buying Kalamata's team and making the man run the whole club from A to Z. The press conferences would be a non stop highlight reel.
  2. The goals from or 1-2 win against Irakli. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mT2snZ4xHzI
  3. Bakaseta's goal was a beauty! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uc9xFVW2Fs8
  4. Every friday 8pm local athens time on sport-fm @tantra129
  5. If you guys can, you might wanna check out his radio show, it is really good stuff, last week a bunch of retired players were on too, and Demi always has interesting things to say.
  6. I did say that.
  7. I could G7, but it is Friday night here, and I have some engagements to attend, if you like you can google the figures for pot use in Holland and drug use in Portugal, or even the numerous US states where pot laws have been changed.
  8. I posted the quote because I remember (maybe incorrectly you can tell me if that is the case), that people do no go to prison for possession.
  9. Studies show the exact opposite though.
  10. Wow, Inter? I thought the Israelis were decent but I would not have bet on them beating the Italians.
  11. Cambiasso is a player with experience of playing in just about every top competition, with world class players and trainers. He has won almost every trophy that matters, his presence in our midfield is a big plus. And he got us the 3 points today. Cardozo I saw today for the first time ever in the last 5-10 minutes, if he stays healthy, Ideye will be riding the bench this year or he will be sold.
  12. A reflection of Greek society perhaps.
  13. @Reaper I came across this today and thought of you. When the war on drugs began in 1971, America's prison population was around 200,000; now, it's around 2 million—growth of nearly 900 percent. Even in recent years, as some states have eased up on the war on drugs, more than 1.5 million drug arrests are being made a year and more than 80 percent of those were for possession only with almost half coming about as a result of weed. nytimes
  14. It's been twenty years since Tupac passed, I feel old...
  15. Speaking of history and who is biased and who is not, has anyone here heard about or perhaps read the late Howard Zinn's "A People's History of the United States"? It is available for free online here: apeopleshistory
  16. These Greek presidents are running their clubs like neighborhood dive bars, why can't they just sit in their box suites and try to pretend like they might have an idea of what professionalism looks like.
  17. I guess, you did not watch the video since you did not comment about it. Your post above is cold man, we'll just agree to disagree, you're too far gone if you think these men got what they had coming to them.
  18. I hear what you are saying. That feeling that you are describing is not unique. In any popular movement there are always people who will actively work to undermine it and cause division among people who, on the surface may seem to be very different, but in reality 99% of people have more in common than we realize. Black, gay, trans, latino wtv. We are all under the same thumb and we need to support each other in cases like this. The real intent is simple, we want police officers to be held accountable when they murder black people like their life is worth nothing.
  19. I want you to watch this comment, specifically the part where he compares how white perps and black ones are dealt with differently in few cases he brings up that made news in the last few months. If you watch the video, I would like to hear your thoughts about what the man had to say about how the police chose to handle these situations and what kind of message does it send.
  20. The debate about which player should or should not be included is nice to read, but this is YOUR ultimate squad, no wrong answers. Anatolaki was a soldier for the club, even though his abilities let us down sometimes, he left it all on the pitch always, that is why people love him.
  21. Kouyia, another s.hit stain on our national soccer.
