Without having given it much thought, it could be that Marinaki is exceedingly confident that the charges are baseless and that he will be exonerated perhaps that is why he has not stepped down. Otherwise he could have gone the igri way and named a puppet prez. In any case I am not worried about it much.

You want a response to what exactly? To why Marinaki has not stepped down? I am a soccer fan, not a lawyer or press officer for Marinaki. Let the courts and authorities sort it out. You want what from the red fans? To come out and condemn our Prez? Has he been convicted of anything wrong?

Probably because court orders for don't mean much when you have a certain level of power, money, influence or connections. Just a guess, I might be wrong though.
