I don't think he was horrible either....not great by any stretch of the imagination, but not as horrible as some people make him out to be....but still. How does a rookie coach get a 1.5 million Euro contract with the biggest team in a decent league?

How does someone like Tudor pull off a deal like that? I just don't get it. He got fired from his first real head coaching job mid-season and has only coached another team for another ha;f a season....
