Now Eurobasket will take place in four different countries/cities (France/Montpellier, Germany/Berlin, Croatia/Zagreb and Latvia/Riga). Greece will play their groupmatches in Zagreb. We will face FYROM, Croatia, Georgia, Slovenia and The Netherlands. Number 1, 2, 3 and 4 off each group will progres to the second round that all will be played in Lille (France).

PAOK has a new record from today. The 6-0 win over Lokomotiva is the biggest home-win ever. Our old record was 6-1 against Dinamo Minsk (2014) and Marila Pribram (2001). Hope we can write some new history and records this year.

Arnesen has an agreement with two players but has to wait till Savvidis says NAI. No names mentioned yet. A Dutch paper says that Maarten Martens is free to go where he wants. The contract is ended in mutual consent. And he got some money. I have mixed feelings about this. He is such a skillfull player. Saw him many times playing in Holland with AZ Alkmaar. What a delight to see his technique. Too many injuries though.

Nikola Markovic signed two years for us. Markovic is a 26 years old power forward and 2.08 m. Last two years he already played in Greece (for KAOD and Panelefsiniakos)
