The injury to Prijovic gives another chance to Klaus to turn things around. Let's see what he does with it.

He had a shoulder problem, but I don't think it was the same injury. He actually broke a bone this time requiring a metal plate and screws being installed from what I read.

I am glad he did not get called. He can concentrate on his duties at PAOK, where he will be needed now that we are down one forward. As long as the players that are called in are not based on their current form, but are based on who their agent is, I prefer PAOK players are not called for the NT. Tell me a reason why Tziolis, Maniatis, and the two youngster from Olympiakos got called, when there are couple players on Panionios that are in great form and were not called up.

I am pretty sure that he will miss the rest of the season. It takes 6 weeks just to heal. During that time he can't take part in any physical exercise. This means that after the 6 months he will be completely out of playing shape. It might take few weeks to get in shape. By that time the season will be over. I think it might be better to have the injury completely heal and be ready for the upcoming season.

I am afraid things in business world don't work this way. I am pretty sure we do the same when we buy players from other teams. We don't pay the full amount up front. In the end we will get our money, and possibly get Gala in a lot of trouble as far as European competitions is concerned in the process.

Wonder if Lambrou will get a playing time for Panionios.

I too believe that Ivic messed up with the lineup he fielded. We needed Canas in the line up. In case he was not ready, than Kace should have started in his place. We missed an "6ri" in this game. Cimirot and Shakhov are not that type of player. Speaking of Cimirot, I think he needs to sit out few games. He was poor yesterday. The first goal happened because of his mistake. Need to put this game behind us and concentrate on Panionios. We can't lose points in that game. If we lose we might end up in a fight for the playoffs.

Could have tied it twice in injury time. We need to play better in 2nd half to have chance.

Poor game by PAOK. Could have easily be down 3:0 by now. And our players are falling down like flies.

Reports are that Canas will start on the bench. I would have him as a starter. I downloaded and watched the whole game last night in the privacy of my home on my 60 incher. Seeing the game again and in better detail I must say that we really did not play that well. We made quite a few mistake. The team in the first 25 minutes was quite poor. If we want to have any chances in the cup and playoffs, we will need to have better performance in these game.

Canas is back and will help our midfield. I expect a hard fought battle on Sunday.
