Hi Bananas, I like you :-*
-
If they're smart, they'll stay quiet. We're on the defensive here, and if you're defending, you don't run your mouth where judges might be watching.
-
I withdraw my nomination of Klaous for president. I feel that he built me up, only to tear me down. I'd like to file a complaint with the elections commission.
-
True, he is EPO-certified. But at the end of the day, I can't see the league siding with a doctor over one of their favorite refs.
-
I think the least likely of the above events would be that Olympiakos gets back those three points. Blackhawk, where did you hear they weren't allowed to enter any evidence? Is that beyond the witnesses that we know spoke?
-
Keep in mind that it would be a 0-3 loss for this game as well. Doesn't change the math, but I for one would be happy with saving any points at all. Could make all the difference if we have one screw-up in the coming month or two. Either way, we'll know on Monday. And then of course we'll see when the inevitable appeal takes place. As an aside - I'm glad they caught that guy. Is there any word on him being banned for the next ten years? Because that's the FIRST thing they should have done. And they need to KEEP doing it, every single frigging time, until the fans learn.
-
Everything is conjecture at this point. We have no idea if the judge will consider that relevant.
-
Keep in mind that Aretopoulos has every reason to say that things were done above-board. Ignoring his being a fan of Olympiakos, he needs to look out for his own neck, and so I wouldn't put it past him to write retrospective "clarifying reports."
-
I'm imagining a doctor that is also an Aris fan. Pissing in bottles and then throwing them at their sedated patients.
-
The judge is going to accept him as an official, just you wait. And yeah, our lawyer is pushing "the injury was caused in the locker room, our doctor wasn't even allowed in for 15 minutes" thing. The judge seems disbelieving, though not clear on which claim (I'm guessing the injury part).
-
PAOK lawyer says the match sheet is the match sheet, which invalidates Garcia as a participant. Oly lawyer claiming that the mistake doesn't matter and that the ref accepted the revised match sheet. As for them not returning to the field, he said that the ref did not request it and so they didn't have to.
-
Yeah. So basically the judge denied a request by our guys for a postponement, but has instead called a half-hour recess so that our lawyers could study this new report. How a new report can be filed without one team even knowing of its existence is beyond me.
-
Technically it shouldn't matter since the league approved him (and hasn't had a problem so far). But I find in cases like this it's better to think of Greece as a sub-saharan African nation, with all the corruption that entails. Sounds like it officially began. Five lawyers representing our team.
-
If it become a he-said, he-said issue...who are they going to trust? A PAOK-employed doctor or the FIFA-certified referee?
-
Karapapas says an additional report was requested of the ref, who said that the rules were followed and the match was broken off due to an injury for Garcia. We're screwed.
-
Yeah same here. If anyone sees anything, please share! -edit- Here is something (link within the link): http://inpaok.com/428531/ -edit again- Here's the direct link - keep in mind you can mute the comments from the peanut gallery (off button on the top right of the chat window): http://www.sdna.gr/podosfairo/superleague/live/2018-03-02/i-ekdikasi-gia-paok-olympiakos

They may have given us Arnold, but I still can't forgive them for giving us Adolph.
-
I've been looking for info but haven't found any. But I also haven't tried to follow one before...I think it's unlikely to be on any sort of video stream, if that's what you're looking for
-
GIT OUTTA HERE, RAPSCALLION!
-
The disciplinary meeting begins in about 15 minutes Welcome Alphonse - are you one of the good ones (paok fan)?
-
This is wonderful for us. I still think AEK will make it through, but having to come from behind will ensure they won't get a rest. And if they don't win...I'd be more than happy for us to face AEL in the final.
-
GOAL AEL!!
-
I believe Vrakas played in a cup game for us waaaay at the beginning of the season. Wasn't terrible. Long way to go for each of these players, though.
-
Unbelievable set of misses by AEK. I'm liking how poor they look. I wouldn't be surprised if they drop points to a comparatively stronger Panionios
-
There is 0.000% chance that their fans aren't going to cause s%$#! in a game vs PAO
