^smash Hungary? Faroe beat us twice, what makes you think we will beat Finland, Romania, Ireland and Hungary when we can't even beat the Faroe Islands?? As much as this hurts to say I don't see us getting even one win this entire campaign.

No matter what anyone says the truth is right in front of us, it's impossible to go from a successful World Cup qualifying campaign and a successful World Cup to not being able to win a game against minnows and becoming the worst team in the easiest division within months after the World Cup, not having Karagounis and other veterans in our line must be the biggest reason for our failures, and maybe our young guys are s%$#! and don't have the heart and passion the veterans have showed in the past, we lack a leader on the field that can grab this team by its balls and lead and teach the young players, I'm not sure it has to do with our coaching anymore, I think guys like Samaris and Kone and laz, and so on are not committed to team defense and doing everything in there power to play hard nose football and both ends of the field. I don't think it's a coincidence anymore that once we started playing more young guys and stopped putting in veterans we went to s%$#!. I do think we need young guys but we need a good mix of veterans and young players. I think if more young guys got introduced under our previous coaches during the time we were successful maybe they wouldn't look so lost out there and they would have seen and been apart of the passion and hard nose defense this team played in the past.

I respect Tsipras for having the balls to hold a referendum and stand up to the EU, but if this proposal is just a harsh or even worse then what was the point? Am I missing something? Did he just get the peoples hopes up for nothing? I'm not criticizing I'm just confused was this all for nothing?

This so depressing, yes the coaching has been horrible, but we could have had a monkey coach against Faroe and we still should have won, Our soccer our economy wow how much more worse can this get. Do you guys see a way out of this for the Ethniki I honestly can't right now.

Regardless of the outcome we are F***ed either way, I'm just proud of our people for standing up and saying F*** you and voting OXI on Sunday, we stud up to the giant and shocked the world. If Greece leaves the euro, Spain, Portugal, Italy in my opinion will not allow to be pushed around either and don't be surprised if they start voicing there opinion and not accepting to be bullied either. Let's wait and see what happens but one thing is for damn sure as bad as things are the Greek people aren't afraid to fight. Germany would F*** anybody as long they benefited from it.

At least Tsipras has balls and is not going to roll over and except something that will cripple the Greek people for generations to come, at least the guy is trying to get a deal that's not so damaging to the Greek people. The media and and the European Union is making the guy out to be so bad because all they want is a yes man that will agree with all of there demands regardless of how it will end up the Greek people and they don't like the fact that Tsipras is standing up to these guys.

If Kargounis wants to make changes why doesn't he start by fixing things with Holebas and get him back playing for the Ethniki, that would be one major upgrade.

Guys I'm looking at pot 1 and 2 and there's no team I can see us beating, our team is so dysfunctional right now, we have guys that don't give a s%$#!, guys that don't get along with one another, no soldier mentality, our defense is s%$#! our offense is s%$#! and we look lost out there. We don't know who to put at Midfield, we don't know who our attackers are, with out Holebas we are weak at the position Staf. Can't cut it. I see nothing but major problems for a long time to come. I would pray for Samaras to be back on our team, I know most don't like him but he can hold the ball and make something happen better then anyone I have seen right now. Holebas is a must going forward. Karelia, Ninis, and Fetfa have to be regulars going forward we need to stick with these guys. And I said it before getting back to our killer defense will be the only way we get out of this if that's even possible now.

pulling out Fetfa who was the onlyone threatning and putting kats in when he know we needed a goal was not helping him with any changes he made in regards to our style of play.

omg are you guys serious??? you guys are actually coming up with ways that we can qualify? guys FI has a better chance to qualify then we do. first off Hungary may lose against Romania or Ni but we realistically they will beat the FI and at least tie one of those teams but even if they didnt how the hell are Greece going to beat anyone? Even with so called k paps in the line up we couldnt beat Hungary so now we are going to beat Romania and Ni? i do love the passion but dont set yourself up for any more dissapointment its over guys the players even know it and the coach, the players even said after the FI game they need to focus on the WC.
PS It would be cool though. lol

Wow 2 goals in one year that's messed up. The other thing let's not forget we have conceded 7 goals in 6 qualifiers, the more defensive minded Greek team that was successful wouldn't allow anywhere near that many goals.

Greece needs a coach that is a defence first coach, and focuses the team on getting back to a solid defensive system, who ever it is that has to be the number one focus, having a team that takes pride in keeping a clean sheet. And grooming young players into our system.

Mathematically we are not dead, but to be honest as much as it kills me to say this it's over, even the coach said its over and he said in the last 4 games he play young guys to get the experience and they will concentrate on the WC 2018, even Soctratis said the same thing.

No identity no leadership no skill bluh bluh bluh, at the end of the day we are going to be the only team in this group to lose to the Faroe Islands, this team is in fourth with 6 points thanks to us, I don't care how bad the players form is or how bad our system is, we should have been able to play 2nd division players and beat the Faroe Islands, there is something deeper and more troublesome going on here. All we had to to was beat this team twice and we would be sitting with 8 points, here is the problem as I see it, we looked at this group and we changed or system we decided to try and play a more offensive style because it a weak group, news flash that's not our style we don't have a world class forward, we needed to play the style that fits us which is pure rock solid defense and attack on the counter, that was our system why we ever got away from it I will never know. Now our defense sucks our midfield sucks or offense sucks and we have no system. This my friends is our problem we have changed what has made us who we were, that was a brick wall of a defense that can catch you on the counter.

The Euros are done and the next draw for the World Cup will see us in a very difficult division, if we can only manage to get two points out of a possible 18 in a pathetic group like this imagine how bad we would get schooled in a group for the World Cup. We are officially screwed for years to come.

I'm done blaming Raneri it's the team bottom line as I said before we are the new MINNOWS. We are going to be so low in the FIFA ranking that are groups will be way to difficult we are not going to qualify for at least the next 3 to 4 tournaments.

I was in favor of the referendum and the OXI vote but now I see it was a joke and a big waste of time. I said it from day one that finally Tsipras has the balls to stand up and do what he feels is right, but know the rookie is showing his weakness, how the F*** do you stand in the middle of Athens and preach and yell for people to vote OXI on Sunday saying we won't be bullied and we won't stand for this, but exactly 4 days later you come up with an even harsher austerity plan then before that will F*** the Greek people you just preached to 4 days prior. WTF?? I think at the end of the day he felt the pressure plus he new he was pissing people off and it even became more evident that a "GREXIT" was going to happen so the guy crumbled and gave in. And now I'm hearing the creditors want tougher austerity measures then Tsipras proposed.
