Why exactly would they single out Marinakis for no reason at all tho? Why go through all this effort to prove an "innocent" man guilty? He has obviously done wrong, many a time, the whole of Greece knows it, you's know it, you's obviously just cant admit it, because he is your prez or whatever bullshit excuse you want to use, but for the good of the game, open your eyes guy. Karma will serve its course, there is only so long you can run from the truth until it catches up to you, one of his henchmen is bound to slip one sooner or later. The sooner this guy see's the slammer and is afraid to drop the soap, the quicker Greek football will get back to some sort of competitive level. Marinakis is a bigger cancer to Greek football than Psomiadis, and that says a lot. Greek government advises him to stay away from any relations to football and to report to a police station every 2 weeks, for no reason at all, yet he is squeeky clean.

Oxi re Platellara, eleos. Get rid of the Vargas, he is not a winger and will not start ahead of Buonanotte or Mantalos in the middle. Will be 30 next year and is nothing special IMO. Id much rather keep Platellas. 28 and Greek, and an actual winger. Unless we plan on signing a top quality winger and Platellas wants guarabteed first team football which is fair enough, but Vargas starting over him is kind of a joke, he'a not an out right winger.

Seriously dont get the flack Platellas has been getting from Poyet, unless he is not proving himself in training I cant see what it could be. Platellas and Barbosa are our only spark players.

I think Vargas needs to be dropped. Has been very poor. Disappointed in Mantalos since his return, I think he has had 1 assist, poor performances too. Platellas needs to start over Vargas.

Also the money is very rarely re-invested in player development in Greece, hence why we are so s%$#! at producing top quality players, how many "class" players have we produced in the last 10 years? Papastathopoulos is the only player I can think of. Some good players but Sokratis is the only class player Greece has produced in a decade and possibly more. IMO it all goes back to the "magka" Greek tembelly mentality. A lot of the up and coming players are sissys, too much into their looks, afraid to get their boots dirty and are afraid of 50-50 challenges. Anyway that's a separate issue. Money that comes into Greek football clubs is very rarely re-invested in to it by the looks of it.

I'd start Diego, he is our top goalscorer, doesn't seem to be getting the recognition he deserves IMO. I'd go with the lineup above. Will be a tough game. Is Tzane still out of the picture?
