Someone editing wikipedia seems to think the Milanov loan to AEK is official.

Good to know that the few Austrian dudes can be seen on television.
Well done Pash.

As long as he can KONSTANTly TOP his POULformances from last season, he should be fine.
You think you're a punny c*nt, dont you?!

You guys remember how Kace was being pursued by a heap of top European clubs? Nah, me neither.

Stupid and shortsighted move to a club that has more chance being relegated than promoted to the EPL.
Shouldn't be anywhere near the NT unless he's scoring and playing regularly.

Tziolis to AEK?
-
Lucas also set up the first goal with a very good free kick.
He is a very good player. It would be good for PAOK if he does go for big money so they can cash in that 30%.
-
The truth is that AEK has been very stingy given Tiger's financial clout.
Nothing wrong with good recruitment of suitable free agents but AEK should have spent to have a better s%$#! at the Europa thus season.
-
I thought Dinamo were the better team in the 1st half. Sometimes good teams find a way to make it look easy but PAOK should as lay them at Toumba.
Well done.
-
Let's hope they don't mess it up in the return leg.
They need 2 quick goals next week to kill off the match.

Tsiartas is right.
Kontonis and Girtzikis can both sod off. This clown side show with their egos is dragging on to the detriment of everyone who has a stake in the sport.

Not really the forum to debate what classification or 'world' the country of Greece is (First World obviously), but poor is relative and developing doesn't apply to countries that comprise the OECD of which Belgium and Greece are members.
Red Sheriff has used facts and non-bias to prove a point that many are either denying based on feelings and perceptions and definitely not reality. The leagues of Greece and Belgium are not that far apart from a technical level. End of story.
-
Nick, those are symptoms and signs that Greek football is a bordello but doesn't indicate Belgium is better in quality etc.
Although I think Belgium is overall better organised and more consistent over their top league, the quality is very similar.
By that I mean the top clubs in Greece can compete against their clubs and the players can move across both leagues without any difficulty.
In saying that though, I would love the goal for Greece's SuperLeague to be more like the Jupiler league in terms of organisation, ideals and goals. This comes from the governing body though and at present with the clowns in charge at EPO and the personal vendettas between these oligarch club owners and the media there will never be progress.

Giannotas is quality how Oly didn't keep him was a real dumb decision.
Not good enough for Olympiacos but he just won an Olympic silver medal in the 10 kms swim in a photo finish.
-Edit-
Scrap that. It's Gianniotis not Gianniotas!

Bwahahaha hahaha nailed it.

This is just a possible list. The article is speculating.

That's the reason why the club is number 25 ranked in Europe.
They'll drop away but no reason why they can't get back.

I personally think Ranieri is too good for Leicester. I also expect Leicester will lose many more matches this season too. Nothing against Ranieri but he's at a crap club.
The type of club that Torosidis and Holebas would be perfect for.
As for Ranieri I wanted him as Greece manager. I prefer him to post-2004 Otto and Santos. He led Leicester to the EPL title so will go down as a club legend.
-
I think Leicester will get relegated personally. They were atrocious yesterday. It was like they had never played before as a team. I hope they finish dead last in their UCL group too.
Ranieri will never again achieve what he did last season. I have nothing against him but this is where if he's a top coach/manager he shows it but I think with the squad he has he'll struggle to keep them in the Premiership.
He will always be an English EPL winner though so not diminishing what he did last season.
I do rate Mahrez and Musa though, but the rest are Championship level hacks.

Maniatis is apparently free.
-
I don't know who to side with and what to believe. If you read sdna.gr they are so anti-EPO (Specifically Girtzikis), Olympiakos and Marinakis that it's hard to take them seriously.
Now PAOK, AEK and PAO have supported Kontonis' stance. Whether Girtzikis and EPO are right or not their Charter as an independent organisation means they can just bide their time as Reaper says.
-
Well in that case ok. I'm just trying to follow.

Like Bananas has already asked. Where are the other suitable referees in Greece?
I assume there are a pool of referees and they get assigned numbers matches. Is there another group who never get selected?

APOEL announced the signing of Facundo Bertoglio who was at Asteras on loan last season. The guy is a gun. My favourite player from last season.
I don't think he'll play against FC Copenhagen buy if they play UCL he'll lift the team. He's a much better player than De Vicente.
