  1. When the In 1952 Greece and Turkey entered NATO although (or because) the Greek language had been enriched with a new word, αμερικανάκι=naive/stupid. After the 1974 fiasco, nearly all the Greeks came to believe that all the problems of the Greece were created the by the CIA and NATO. Recently the Greek demonology removed CIA and added EOK (European Economic Community). One can only wonder why the Greece stays within NATO and EOK. Erdogan clearly thinks like a Greek. After all his grandfather was the richest “Greek” in Potamya and decided to become Turk (i.e. Muslim). Apparently, when it comes to the USA and the NATO Erdogan thinks like the Greeks. Eventually “ τα αμερικανάκια” woke up and the Washington Post had an article with the title It’s time for Turkey and NATO to go their separate ways. Therein the author states that Erdogan threatened the U.S. forces in Syria with an “Ottoman slap.” Both Dogu Perincek, an intellectual godfather of the Turkish military, and Adnan Tanriverdi, Erdogan’s military counselor, are both fiercely anti-NATO. Whoever may want to read this article can find it in the Internet (another poisoned apple by the U.S. Department of Defense).

  2. My prediction on the starting line up for the first game: Gianniotis Torosidis Sokratis Manolas Stafylidis Samaris/Tziolis. Zeca Lazaros Fortounis Donis Mitroglou Hopefully Tsimikas gets a shot. I don't know what going on with Stafylidis. Tziolis shouldn't start but this is Skibbe. Donis most likely plays on the left with either Pelkas or Bakasetas (shouldn't be in the team) coming on. I think Retsos might be coming back in time but I'm not counting on it. Isn't it only his wrist? Mitroglou is questionable as he hasn't played and is probably not match fit. He is our only option. Koulouris and Manias are not good enough yet. I just want to win regardless. I have the team first before a player. But if Tziolis starts he will be sabotaging us. I believe if Fetfatzidis is on the bench and comes on it will do us no harm, it will in fact benefit us if Lazaros or Fortounis are gassed and also there defence will be tired and he will exploit them.

  3. Skibbe will only be shooting himself in the foot if does not call up Fetfa & Galanopoulos now. Especially if we have Tziolis start in this tournament

  4. It seems like he's going to call up some of the guys that were called up during the Saudi friendly... Also looks like he might be going away from Karnezis… Lets see what he decides but I hope he gives Fetfa at the very least a call up..
