Read earlier that we declined an offer from a team in England (Championship) for Shoretire. That pleases me.

Considering our defensive problems, perhaps he wants to see if there's some home-grown value there.

Kind of surprised he did not start Monstirlis. I also did not expect to see Ugresic get a start so soon.

We are linked to the Croatian Kristijan Jakic, 29-year old midfielder (who also plays RB) from Augsburg. We turned down a 2.5 mil offer for Shoretire from English Championship league team as well as an offer from Celtic for Taylor for a loan.

Say what you will about Lisci - he is UNPREDICTABLE.

So a one-year loan with a (non-mandatory?) option to buy for 8mm. Hopefully he's good enough to justify that price.
