Iliana
We have another back to back grand prix! After Schumacher's triumph in Germany, here's come the tight Hungaroring! The gap between Schumacher and Alonso is 11 points, and certainly Schumacher has the advantage after 3 straight victories! Will Alonso and Renault bite Ferrari or the gap will become shorter?? evalagoal
Iliana, What do you see in this race? How about your 1 - 2 - 3 on the podium?
Iliana
I think that in order for Renault to see the 1st step of the podium, they have to overtake the Red Byron first!!!!
Iliana
Formula One World Championship leader Fernando Alonso has been handed a two second qualifying penalty by stewards after an incident with Red Bull test driver Robert Doornbos during pracice for Sunday's Hungarian Grand Prix. The decision raises the prospect that Alonso, whose championship lead over Michael Schumacher has been cut from 25 to 11 points in recent races, may not make it past the first of Saturday's two knockout qualifying sessions. If that were to be the case, then the Renault driver would have to start the race from a best possible grid slot of 17th, vastly reducing the prospects of a much-needed points haul on a Hungaroring circuit known for its lack of overtaking opportunities. The incident occurred during Friday's second practice session when Alonso's Renault appeared to be held up by Doornbos whilst on a quick lap. The defending world champion shook his fist as he passed the Dutchman, Alonso then appearing to slow deliberately in front of Doornbos as the two cars braked into the track's turn one. Stewards chose to dock Alonso one second for the incident, with another one-second penalty coming after the Spaniard overtook another car under yellow flags. Iliana
Schumacher gets two-second penalty Michael Schumacher has also been given a two-second penalty to be added to each of his qualifying laps after stewards found that he had passed two cars under red flags in this morning's practice session. The practice session was red-flagged when Button's engine exploded and Schumacher was ruled to have overtaken other cars. The penalty means that both he and fellow championship rival Alonso will suffer the same qualifying penalty this afternoon. wtf??????

Iliana
no no, I don't think his suspension was damaged because he was defending his position from de la Rosa at that stage of the race.
