OFI-mtl
Lineup: Nikopolidis Giourkas Kyriakos Kapsis Fysas Basinas Stelios Zagorakis Katsouranis Karagounis Charisteas How are the strikers doing since Kaz. Salpi Lybe Gekkas Paps any others out there? No other striker is scoring or in form, Basinas should play like 5th D. Sad state that we cant field a decent 2nd striker. Lybe goes thru spurts where he is invisible(game vs Aegalio), we need a full 90 minute game folks. If only Choutos got real MINUTES  , can U imagine how many he would have this season

Wallofsoccer88
Here is the Danish squad for our game (and their other qualifier at Kazakstan on Oct 12). With this kind of talent they have, we have to play our best, and our attack has to put out more than the s**** they've been putting out over the past 7 or so games. Either way: Goalkeepers: Thomas Sorensen (Aston Villa), Jesper Christiansen (FC Copenhagen) Defenders: Brian Priske (Portsmouth), Lars Jacobsen (FC Copenhagen), Per Nielsen (Brondby), Thomas Helveg (Monchengladbach), Niclas Jensen (Fulham), Michael Gravgaard (FC Copenhagen) Midfielders: Thomas Kahlenberg (Auxerre), Christian Poulsen (Schalke 04), Thomas Gravesen (Real Madrid), Claus Jensen (Fulham), Daniel Jensen (Werder Bremen) Forwards: Kenneth Perez (AZ Alkmaar), Martin Jorgensen (Fiorentina), Dennis Rommedahl (Charlton Athletic), Jesper Gronkjaer (Stuttgart), Jon Dahl Tomasson (Stuttgart), Soren Larsen (Schalke 04), Morten Skoubo (Brondby). polyxrone
Just a thought to the site - Kafes has been playing well the last couple of weeks -he might see some minutes vs Denamark - Ellas!
greeksoccerfanatic
I agree Polyxrone, Kafe has been outstanding of late and should start in a three man forward line. Basina-out, Vryza-out, and I say we play with three up front. Haristea in the middle with Giannakopoulo to his right and Kafe on the left.
rodoj
Not sure Kafe has been as good as some have stated but he just be the best option we have. He seems a bit tentative to me and is always looking to pass the ball to someone instead of moving forward. His goal against RM being the exception.
