The 48 teams participating in this draw will, in principle, be split into four groups of 12 with half the teams being seeded and the other half unseeded. Teams from the same country will not meet each other. The composition of the groups will be announced on uefa.com on the morning of 17 October. JOHNNY Posted October 17, 2003 Share Posted October 17, 2003 Anyone else think that Liverpool are a good bet for the UEFA Cup at 14/1. I think they're a better side than last year, and can still play better than they are currently. Should be a good tournament as the top sides are pretty evenly matched.
