athinaios Posted February 3, 2005 Share Posted February 3, 2005 We all pick a team for subjective, emotional reasons, and I don't think we have to surrender our minds in the process..... Of course, I want my team to win, but I can see if we play well or when the opponent deserves congratulations--as it is the case today. I'm also a fan of the game, so what AEK has done is so extraordinary in our league history. The other 2 big teams, have lots of money, plenty of talent, and other advantages, but they can't play football. What's insulting to us is that instead of working on their own problems, they blame anything and anybody else but their incompetence! If my team played like AEK, I'd be happy and even if we didn't win anything, I'd understand. But, not only we lose, but we lose while playing like amatures.
