If he was going to do that he should have not played him at all. another thing people said is that he waited to do it when there were no fans there. What Rivaldo wants from OSFP is not so much money as it is respect and to play the game. If a player bitches after being subbed one game while being treated royally for his whole stay - you are telling me that this is a good respectful player? sure, everyone is good deep inside but if you want to leave after 1 substitution- which proved being a good one because OSFP eventually won that is ridiculous- hes a player, not a god.Also he couldnt have stayed at Milan, because he was crap and getting paid too much, they didnt want him. But even Giovanni has expressed his desire to quit the team after this season and Olympiakos did not make it through the initial round of the Champions League, thus leaving 32-year-old Rivaldo with fewer incentives. The Athens daily Ethnos said last Sunday that an Olympiakos top official told one of their journalists the team would not be too concerned about letting Rivaldo go. Rivaldo walked out on the team late in January after Bajevic substituted him in a Greek league match. He missed one practice session, citing personal reasons.
