Vaggar
The president of AO Mani Nikeas, Nikos Pirounias made an official proposal for the merging of the two teams. The name of the new team will be Ethnikos O.F.P.F.Manis, while the logo will be PAE Ethnikos Pireos and it will participate in the C' Division. The deal will go through or fail in the meeting of the Ethnikos board this Thursday.

Ziaka
Will they use the new Karaiskaki for their games? ;)
Vaggar
I don't think so. Actually I think that somewhere I read that Pirounias has agreed with the Mayor of Perama to built a new stand (2500 capacity) in the Perama stadium and use that as the home field. Mani was playing in Salamina this year, while Ethnikos was using the stadium in Moschato. Ultimate goal of Pirounias is to make a stadium for Ethnikos next to SEF. Ziaka
I thought that part of the deal that government made with theio Socratis concerning the new Karaiskaki was that Ethnikos going to get to use the new Karaiskaki.
Vaggar
The deal was finalized - ETHNIKOS IS BACK  The new team will play in C' Division. Personally I have high respect for this team since is my father's favorite club. Full report from Ethnikos website PS Ziaka you are right, Ethnikos has the right to play in the Karaiskaki, and Pirounias said that they will claim it went the time is right (probably if they make it back to the A Division).
