Call me crazy, but I think Toronto Maple Leafs will end the 51 year cup drought.

With Chicago Blackhawks not in it I am not that much interested in the playoffs. I guess to make it interesting I will root for the Penguins since my son studies in Pittsburgh, but I doubt if they will repeat as champions.

Oh my God! The Washington Capitals are finally heading to the Eastern Conference Finals during the Ovechkin Era. I hope Ovi and company will lift that cup for D.C.!

Vegas Golden Knights vs. Washington Capitals in the Stanley Cup Finals 

What a storybook for the Knights! They don't play like an expansion team. 
Alex Ovechkin playing in his first cup finals has a shot in winning one after exhorting the demons . This will be an interesting series.

i watched the game 7 between Tampa and Washington and could not believe what I was seeing. Tampa could have easily won the game. They missed countless opportunities to score but didn't. Washington with limited chances capitalized on all of theirs.

Series so far tied up at 1 in the 2018 Stanley Cup Finals.
