Phantis
http://skysports.planetfootball.com/articl...=185430&cpid=14 Hearts have agreed to move from their Tynecastle base to play their home games at Murrayfield next season. The SPL side have been looking to sell Tynecastle since announcing an increase in their debts last November. The Jambos had been exploring several options regarding a new home, including the possibility of a ground-share with Edinburgh rivals Hibernian. JOHNNY
Hearts are hoping that it will only be temporary, ultimately building a new place of their own or sharing a new stadium with Hibs. Murrayfield holds just under 70,000 while Hearts average crowd is 12,000. This leaves a lot of empty seats for the majority of matches. This is very similar to the club sides in Athens using OAKA, when the atmosphere was often ghost like. Hearts are talking of somehow blocking off the upper section of the stadium to improve the atmoshere, which is an interesting idea.

JOHNNY
Hearts have appointed a new chairman in George Foulkes, the ex Conservative Minister of State for Scotland. His first aim appears to be to find a suitable solution to redevelop Tynecastle, avoiding a permanent move to Murrayfield. The fans objection to becoming tenants of the Scottish rugby team came to a head last week when a fan assaulted chief executive Chris Robinson, the man behind the proposal. Robinson, who has been the target of abuse by a section of the crowd at all recent Hearts matches, was confronted by a group of fans outside Tynecastle and punched in the face by one of them. :box:
