Xanthi transfers (in and out)

Xanthi signed 29 defensive midfielder Pablo de Lucas Torres from Viitorul Constanta in Roumania. He will be wearing #6. Before Viitorul he played at Beitar Jerasalem (Israel) and Petrolul Ploiesti (Roumania). He is originally from the youth-academy of Sporting de Gijon.

Don't think he will be a major improvement for Greek soccer though.

Today Xanthi announced keeper Zivko Zivkovic. He is 27 and comes from "our brothers" Partizan.

He will be wearing #20.

Aristotelis Karasalidis will sign a 2+1-year contract at Xanthi.

The 25-year old midfielder comes from Iraklis.

Panagiotis Stathakis and Rafail Melissopoulos from the youth academy will sign their first contract as professional soccer players.

They have chosen to wear #14 (PS) and #97 (RM).
