The playoffs will be interesting on AEK and PAO's part, both have eyes for the 2nd CL spot, what will make a slight difference is what points each teams start on come playoff round 1. On our part I would love to make CL but Europa isn't so bad for us on our 1st season back, fun times ahead.....

Stramma has better tactics than anastasiou but his sub choices are terrible like Anastasiou's....

We played a second squad PAOK basically. Strama takes out Kaltsas and Vlachodimos, our 2 best players. Were they tired? Injured? I think it was Strama's tactics that cost us the game.

 

Anyway, he may be better than Yannis, but he better go to Karaiskaki and not lose.

 

As for the playoffs, I don't really care at this point as long as we get the Europa spot. We don't and we won't have a team to compete in the CL next season.

CL $$ is much more than Europa $$, whether you have the team or not its the money that comes with it that helps your club.

Forget CL paidia.  The odds of making it past the last play off game are seriously stacked against PAOK, AEK, PAO.  Doesn't mean it's impossible, but as it stands, we'd be lucky to get through this last play off game one year in ten.  Having said that, you have to try but our expectations have to be realistic.  Making it would be a bonus.

I agree that CL is a massive ask for the 2nd Greek team especially in the last round when the bigger teams are involved, but you shouldn't lose hope and think its not achievable, but iv said all along we make CL that's huge, but Europa on AEKs part isn't a bad thing in our first season back
