I heard that Mauricio's injury is not directly related to his old one. Might be just that he came back too early without being in best physical shape. I also worry about Vieirinha. In Sunday's game after the first tackle on him he went down and it looked like he was injured. I would hope he comes back slowly. Unfortunately though I think he will start against OFI.
-
Well the hints were that he under performed on purpose due to his past connections to PAOK. Who cares if PAOK would have destroyed them. When you get a chance to put down anything PAOK does you have to take advantage of it.

From what I heard on radio today, the sales for the PAOK - PAO game were little over 50,000 individual subscriptions at 7.99 Euro each. It's also reported that the banking system crashed right before the game started because many people tried to subscribe to the game at the last possible minute. Not sure if I believe that though. Could just be the imagination of the Greek media reporters.

Tomorrow at 17:00 EET, PAOK U19 takes on Dinamo Kiev in Ukraine in the UEFA Youth League. Good luck to the boys.

Much improved OFI team this season. I expect a very tough game. OFI will try to play offensively and not sit back with a parked bus, which might be good for our style of play. I only hope our defense is up to par. This might be a goal scoring fest.

The only positives from this game was the return of the captain and that the team did give up even though thay had a bad day. Tough match on Saturday in Crete coming up.

Unfortunately we did not get into the game until Vieirinha entered the pitch. Until then PAOK did not play with clear mind. At the end we tried to get the winning goal but gave them a chance with counter attack which the capitalized on. Lucky to get the tying goal at the end.

Still undefeated.

Vierinha to take the penalty.

Illegal links will not be posted here when there is the option of PAOK TV.

Very poor game by PAOK. On top of that we give them a gift at the end of the half. Not sure if we can turn this around if we keep playing like that.
-
What a gift by Crespo

53% posession for Panathinaikos. Pretty much tells the picture so far.
-
No looking good do far.
-
Lineup I would like to see: ---------------------- Zivkovic ----------------------- Matos - Ingason - Crespo - Giannoulis Limnios - Misic - Augusto - Biseswar (Stoch) ------------------------ Pelkas ------------------------ -----------------------Swiderski --------------------- But I am afraid Ferreira will try to find a spot for El Kaddouri.
-
It will be interesting to see what numbers the Panathinaikos game produces.

That was another question answered during the General Assembly. They said the team watches the FFP closely and will act accordingly. The way I read it is that we are ok, but if need be we can always sell a player or two.

PAE PAOK share holders general meeting took place today. It was decided that capital share will be increased by 28,000,000 Euro. Obviously the money will come from Ivan Savvidis. The new share capital of PAE PAOK (Black and White PAE) will amount to 116.140.631, 40 Euro, while the total amount that Savvidis has invested so far is 145.229.878 Euro. During the meeting questions were answered by PAE PAOK the General Manager Chrysostomos Gagatsis, including a question about the new Toumba Stadium. It will be a private stadium that will be owned by Ivan Savvidis since he will pay for building the stadium. It will be build on land that is owned by the Amateur PAOK. It is always possible Savvidis might donate the stadium to the team down the road.

I would really not be surprised at all if Kaddouri starts on Sunday.
