We offered diogo 11 million euros for 70% of his contract, 6 mill. If diogo comes he could be as big as a signing as giovanni. Hes young, got huge potential and wants to come to olympiakos. This could a really good deal. Just like you talked to your buddy whos a liverpool pool fan, I talked my friend from sao paulo ( the city portugeusa is based in) and says Diogo is a player that is way to good for olympiakos. I disagree with that, but my friend says he is a really good player.
As for brandao, I agree. Really good player. I think it was you a really long time ago that compared brandao to Drogba? Well regardless if it was you or not that that compared the two, I think Brandao is a really good target man who is pretty quick and is someone we need becasue Kovacevic is getting older.
Galitisios very average i agree, should never start.
Aavram is really good. He has surprised me a lot this off season, more than any other player. He defends well, he is agressive, he works really hard, and he can be offesive. Imo Aavram is going to have a huge season this year.
Dudu is a good player and yes your right not much better then ledesma. But ledesma is leaving and what can we do? The move was a litle expessive, but well see how it pans out.
I dont think Leto was brought over to greece to storm the greek league. He is going to be a back up to Djole no matter what he says. I think Ive only seen leto play once and yes, he was nothing special. But I think he can make a legit back up at olympiakos. I dont he is a bad player either based on what Ive read. Benitez really badly didnt want to sell him, and intended to use him more in his plans this year. Then Leto didnt get his work permit. Now what? Benitez could have easily sold him, but he didnt want to. So he loaned him out and will get him back in a few years.

One of the papers today said we were about to offer edu 6 million euros. Also roughly all of them are saying leto is practically ours. Dont no too much about him, but if rafa doesnt want to sell him he must be good. But still we are olympikos. Were a big team. We shouldnt be loaning players. We should try to build a team not just stay strong for one year

Ten men Greece just tied the hosts czech 0-0 after sotiris ninis got a red in the 63rd. Thats very bad for the team because ninis will now be suspended and we will miss him next match. We were lucky to get the draw, czech hit the crossbar in the 90th minute.

Thats what I saw!loup. The controversy with the penalty from what i hear is that the assistant had his flag up for the offside call but the ref ignored the flag and called a penalty which if he was offsides thats it. plays dead.. you cant call a foul for someone jddged offside..
I cant see a good angle but the guy who headerd the ball to the one who was fouled was offside when he recieved it it seems....
If the linesman had his flag up and the referee chose to ignore it and award a penalty thats a TERRIBLE DISGUSTING CALL that only italy gets...the refs in this world seem to favor italy so its not unbelievable that this could have happened but its disgusting nevertheless... if this ref decided to play on an offside call he should be kicked out from the rest of the tournament and bring in the back up refs

Good move for him. Small league easy to score, so lets see if he gets his scoring touch back. He also gets champions league ball and gets a chance to showcase himself internationally.

I saw bits and pieces of the match. The stream i was useing really sucked and would go down every minute. From what i saw greece did look bad. Pavlis did well to score a pretty nice goal. Ninis was class and was the one who set up the goal. Anyone see the penalty?

Alonso looked poor in the last friendly we had... How many games does he have on trial?
In my opinion, I bet were only going to make one more signing, and its going to be a big name striker who will replace lua lua. ( He better be damn good cause lua lua was unreal). But think of it, we spent a lot of money last winter on players like belluchi, sissic and galitsios. So far we have already signed oscar, Y, and A papadopoulos. We have a solid roster right now but we could be better depending on what kokkalis feels. I think kokkalis thinks were good enough this year thats why were not yearing to many rumors about players liek pizzaro and brasilian has beens.

^ I bet if Pao starting picking singing big name players (like they will do) the olympiakos mangement might wake up. They always do good enough to win the greek league. But if the compition has a good team that is capable of doing well in europe, then Kokalis would have to dig deep into his big pocket.

He would be a good defender for a team like trabzonspor. Antzas was a regular starter for olympiakos last year and would most likly be that for trabzonspor. He is a good defender in my opinion and was rumored to lyon last winter. Also dude, he had a huge screw up vs real madrid that costed us a goal

Yeah I saw that. I wouldnt want him to make the move to turkey. Rather him in Greece, but samaras is the type of guy who loves teh CL i think and wants to make a international name for himself.
