    Georgios Samaras could be heading to Lens as the French club start planning for the possible departure of striker Daniel Cousin.

    Cousin has handed in a transfer request and publicly stated that he is keen on a move to SPL club Rangers.

    Now Manchester City forward Samaras has emerged as a target for Lens coach Guy Roux, according to French newspaper L'Equipe.

    Samaras has failed to settle at Eastlands since joining City from Heerenveen 18 months ago, scoring just four times in 36 appearances last season.

    The arrival of marksman Rolando Bianchi from Reggina has increased the possibility of an exit for the Greece international.

    he was on a rampage to get to him

    re. Ninis - i knew he was a good wing player - but he played more in the midle in the last game and I thought he excelled there too - sensational on the ball and very reative and I will say it until I see it OTTO PUT HIM ON THE ETHNIKI BIG BOYS CLUB - he will help

    Alright guys, first off the very best of luck to our tough young men. I hope the do lift the koupa and make us all proud. But since I live in the USA, and have no opportunity of watching the game on TV, please tell me where I can tune in 'cause I'd hate to miss it! Are there any internet connections that are worth the effort?

    Greece goalkeeper Apostolos Androustos has been ruled out of the remainder of the UEFA European Under-19 Championship after it was revealed that the 17-year-old has broken a bone in the index finger of his right hand.

    I just checked the list of all-time leaps and you now see this young Greek with Powell and Lewis and Beamon
