Only in Greece: If you lose on forfeit it is 3-0. And you will be promoted on GD. You could show up and lose 4-0 and miss the promotion on GD. Therefore you decide not to show up. Promotion to the SL

Probably not great, to be honest. I'd like to see them succeed, though. While I'm a PAOK fan, Panserraikos is the closest professional team to where my family is from, so there's a bit of a connection there. I have a fond memory of watching them absolutely massacre my cousin's local team (Iraklia) in a pre-πανηγύρι friendly about ten years ago.

Panserraikos is back in the top tier after 12 years. A draw against Anagennisi Karditsa was enough as their last match of the season will be a 3-0 win on forfeit against Apollon Larisa.

O Aris must pay 350K to Mitroglou within 5 working days or they have to dock 3 points. It was a gamble to contract him in a sporting matter but this might be worse. The man did not deliver at all and costed them a fortune for the short stint there. And for who is interested, Mitroglou is now playing for SpVgg Rheurdt-Schaephuysen, a team playing in the tenth (!) tier of German football....
