Whilst we have a big squad in theory, it is clear who the main 1st team players are and who the squad/Fringe players are. A good coach will always know his best 11 and who to bring in based on requirements. Rotation for rotations sake is a recipe for disaster. The team needs cohesion and this can only be achieved by players playing together regularly. I am all for tweaking game to game, which is what Ivic seems to be doing btw, rather than wholesale changes, which is what Huub Stevens did and stuffed us.
