There will no longer be north and south groups. Because of this, from the current season the top three teams of each group will be promoted to B' Division. Six teams will be relegated from the 17-team group, and 5 teams will be relegated from the 16-team group. Two teams from D' Division will be promoted to C' Division for the 2006-07 season. and 2 teams will be relegated to C' Division. Which one is correct?
