But 2 goals from Motherwell's Australian, Celtic supporting striker Scott McDonald saw the title go to Ibrox. 30,000 Rangers fans made their way to Ibrox to welcome the team back from Edinburgh, where the celebrations continued into the evening. JOHNNY Posted May 23, 2005 Share Posted May 23, 2005 I mentioned earlier that their were rumours that Sotiris could be leaving Rangers shortly. These reports surfaced again this weekend when it was confirmed that the deal has not yet been made permenant. He has played in every game since his transfer, but the contract is still only for a 6 month period - with an option to make it 3 years.
