HellenicFront Posted October 11, 2003 Share Posted October 11, 2003 Roggies Bar & Grill in Brighton, MA today sold out the Greek fans who showed up to watch the Greece vs Northern Ireland game after being told it would be shown, supposedly there was a problem with the satellite feed, Ironically though they were televising the the Turkey Vs England game with no problems. Then it made sense to us Greek fans at the bar, because there were only a dozen of us, the bastards didn't want to order the game because they would not make any money on the game, but since the Turkey vs England had a huge crowd for it , or course they had no problem catching the game. So basically they tested the water to see how many greeks would show up and gave us the excuse in the beginning of the game there would be a 15 minute delay. Game was never shown. Oh and to make matters worse Roggies is owned by a so called Greek American, but they sold us out... So Greeks in the Boston area, please boycott this little bastard.
