Euro2004 Posted October 31, 2009 Share Posted October 31, 2009 An overhaul of the whole roster needs to be adressed at the end of the year lets tough it out and clean house and start all over again and hope that this dude from the windy city does have the money they say he has and not pick up and leave like the others. Yes but this season has dragged AEK years back. At the end of last season you needed 3-4 players to be serious title contenders in my opinion and 6 months later we're talking about a "clear out" being needed. Sorry but Bajevic has ruined AEK this season.Kyrgiakos, Edinho & Djebbour are top Superleague players, while Pliatsikas was a promising young player. They've all gone and bums have come in to replace them. Bajevic is a very confrontational man and his style doesn't work with prima donna modern day footballers. Rumours are that a new owner is on the horizon and he wants to spend between 20-40 million on transfers (big difference between 20 and 40 so i'm apprehensive about believing it all) but if true do you really trust Bajevic to spend it based on what he's down to AEK within 6 months?
