I can't recall Samaris doing anything spectacular apart from the game against Ivory Coast. What do people expect him to do? He is a defensive midfielder. To me he has been a breath of fresh air to watch. Especially since Katsouranis retired and Tziolis not been playing very often. He gave the team a better look from midfield. He gives the midfield a faster pace with his passing.

But Maniatis and Tziolis get to play even though they have not played for their clubs all season. Bouchalakis is like a Tziolis player shooting wise. Petsos is like Maniatis stamina wise.
They both have played more than the other two. Siopis should get a chance alongside Samaris. It would make more sense. Tachtsidis is a top player and has been playing regularly for his club.
Has Pelkas been playing for PAOK? He is a top player in my opinion and should be in the squad.

We should play Mantalos LW and whoever is inform RW. Kone/Ninis would be a good option off the bench. I don't want to see Zeca in the team. Bouchalakis is better in my opinion.

No re I didn't mean it like that. I do the same. I'm always using Greece in FIFA 17, I'm always trying different formations and new players. I also try and keep it realistic with the squad. I believe Kone offers more than Bakasetas but Bakasetas is talented and needs more time. Fetfatzidis outshines both of them.

Inserting Bakasetas they're kinda like the same player. Although Bakasetas is a cool last name and nice eyes. But they're both slowish for a forward, decent finishers, cf/mids.
Most of your player selections seem to be based on FIFA 17. Whenever you speak about the team it sounds like your basing it on the game.

But Mantalos and Tachtsidis are needed for their creativity. I also like to see Mavrias in the team again. Also Pelkas. I also like to see free flowing attacking football with the young blood. Tsimikas is a player to look out for aswell.

It looked like we didn't try. We we're that bad in the first half that Fortounis and Sokratis had to come on. Fortounis wasn't even trying that much but because he has so much quality his 1 or 2 shots we're our closes chances to a goal. Karelis and Diamantakos dissapointed me the most and Tachtsidis is class. Tziolis only wishes he could play the way Tachtsidis plays his whole career.

That team looks mad. I'd like to see Siopis be given a chance. Kolovos too. I'm surprised you forgot to mention Tachtsidis and Mantalos.

We should be fine. If we can't win without Manolas then we should not be at the World Cup. We have Sokratis and K.Papadopoulos. They work well together. Also we have Samaris back, plus we have Fortounis and Mitroglou creating goal scoring chances. I also think Manolas is more of a liability than Papadopoulos.

I don think I've ever seen the national team with a full team. For example ive never seen the team with all our best players injury free. Ninis, Kone, Fetfatzidis and few others. We all know Fetfatzidis can take Gianniotas place. We all know Ninis can take Bakasetas place. The reason why I believe Maniatis and Tziolis keep on getting chosen is because we are very light in that position.

I think Maniatis will be chosen. Skibbe I believe will try and keep the same team. It's a good idea because you should have the same players around as it benefits the team.

I saw this on Sport24.gr. He will be out for 2 weeks but not sure If he will play this match.

I agree Fetfatzidis has not dissapointed. He was always a class above everyone in the attacking third. His speed and dribbling make him as a player. He and Ninis provide so much flair something Fortounis and Mantalos are not at the same level at.

Why would you think that? He got signed by Everton at a young age. Lost his form did well in Denmark, went back to Greece and killed it being one of the top scorers in the league with a very average to bad Iraklis team. Then went back to England in the second division for Nottingham Forest and has been scoring belters. I'd say he can go another level and do more. Vellios is not garbage. I think you over exagerated.

Is Diamantakos injured still? I say give him a chance at LW. It's only fair because Gianniotas and Bakasetas have been given chances. We've got too many strikers in Mitroglou, Karelis and Vellios. I also know Diamantakos would do well at LW.

The last time he started was against Poland in a friendly in 2015. Unless your talking about when was the last game he contributed and played well.

We can still use him in the team. Thats why i said he needs time. It didnt click for Mitroglou, Mantalos and Stafylidis in their first few games. Look at them now they are important players for us. Thats just an example. Players like Ninis and Fetfatzidis are players i would like to see back in the team. Maybe drop Diamantakos and Petsos so they (Diamantakos and Petsos) can get the idea of "we were picked but were not needed", and make a point for their clubs teams to strive and get back in the national team. By doing this it makes both Petsos and Diamantakos more eager and lift the bar to play well. We all know they are the very last options in the starting 11.

You can argue that, based on form, if you had to choose one striker to start against Bosnia, it would be karelis.
Since our formation only utilizes one striker, I think that diamantakos should be dropped for ninis.
Tziolis and especially petsos shouldn't be called up either.
Bakasetas should be given a proper chance to show his worth.
Thats good to hear that Ninis and Karelis played well. Also i agree about Bakasetas he needs more time.

Karelis is in top form. I hope he brings this form to the National Team. I wish he could be a better passer of the ball creative with the ball like Ninis or Fortounis. He has got the touch, he has got the finish and good strength. He has got similar traits to Rooney but not as technically good or passer.

I think Skibbe will keep the same team again. Samaris should be back next week. I hope Tachtsidis is chosen again and we don't see Tziolis on the 23 man list. I'd prefer Maniatis but even he should not play.

I didn't watch the game against Bosnia. Most people have been saying he was one of our worst players along with Mantalos. Can you or anyone specifically tell me what he did wrong.
