I am a 55 year old professional who left Greece at the age of 19 to study in Boston back in 1981. I have been back and forth to by beloved Greece about 40 times since then! Every time I went back I always wondered what could I have done to stay in Greece and prosper as I have in the USA and Canada? The answer every single time was NOTHING! I would have to participate in illegal practices as everyone does in Greece(the majority anyways) mingle with DHMOSIO and their practices, pull my hair on a daily basis because some hack did not advance my case for anything…and resort to leaving the place I adore for some lunatic who holds a position and demands kick backs in order to advance my case! I am accustomed to legal practices and that's all I know. I would be subjected to illegal practices on a daily basis in my beloved Greece. I chose to stay away and visit it any time I wish without having to resort to anything I referred above! Greece is only for vacation and for people that money is no object! I establish that a long time ago!

Both AEL and Kerkyra need to pass financial qualifications in order to advance to the SL. This could be detrimental to both teams. Finishing first and second in the league doesn't mean you have an automatic advancement. It will all be decided after the end of the season.
