Scocco rumours seem to be gathering momentum, would love to have him back I think he will be a great addition..... As for the Brazilians we are looking at they may be good players but do we really wana over spend on them? Don't think Meli will allow that....

Red Sheriff yes they will likely drop points to us especially at our ground, at their ground a whole different ball game, but as I said Iraklis loses to us the gap goes to 5, if they lose to Larisa which they just did last weekend then the lead gets cut to 2 and the pressure starts to mount on them This is all theoretical ofcourse, but their lead can be caught, we have seen teams lose titles from 8 point leads and considering there are 10 games to be played anything can happen. As for AEK we need to win our 5 home games (maybe even less) to guarantee our promotion.

Red Sheriff I don't agree that both teams cant be caught, one team can be caught, if Iraklis lose to us twice and teams pick up points then the pressure will be on them big time!!!!

Iv gone to world cups & euros since 2008 and the saddest thing is that all these Greek club fans don't support the NT. In Poland the Greek fans got voted the best of the tournament and there was only 2,500 of us in the 1st game vs Poland and we rocked the stadium, even the Polish fans were clapping us, as the games went on we would get 5000-7000 there... If all these fans got behind the NT we would have one of the best fans in the world but we are too hung up on worrying about our club teams... Welcome to all the other boys who found the page!!!!

Good result we played well and bravo to Christantus for scoring twice hes slowly finding his feet now....

Will be a great game and a good test for us, thankfully we only a healthy lead from the rest so really AEK needs 4 wins to be promoted, I cant see any other team winning 7-9 games of the playoffs... If we beat Iraklis then that 2nd spot gets opened up and will give other teams more hope....

I rate Faye he did well on the weekend and with more game time he can only get better, but with the DM we have and also Simeos coming along it will only get harder for him to cement a starting spot

Love all this positive stuff well done guys, see it doesn't only have to be AEK fans in a forum getting along & talking football, we can all get along even with the rivalry our teams may have!!! As I said to someone yesterday and he knows who he is, one thing I dispise is its one thing to have the rivalry WE ALL love it, we live for it, but the hate that some bring is what makes me sick. Last thing I wana see is my kid one day hating on another kid cauz of the team he supports, they can kill each other in Greece, as for us here or in other countries outside of Greece the hate should never be shown as it promotes hates between us Greeks and that one reason why we aren't united as we used to be......

Yesterday there was a meeting for the 16 names of the "criminal organisation" in Greek Football. 9 of the people will apparently be named soon and after Easter the other 7 will be known. Lets see what balls these prosecutors really have now and lets also see if the names WE ALL expect to be named will be revealed!!!! Time will tell

Platellas for me is too inconsistent, yes he can take players on and has speed & skill but he takes the wrong decisions at times, his finishing at times is also shocking, look no further than the sitter he missed in the Karaiskaki..... Amorgos Chrisantus did well for us on the weekend, he held the ball up well, his touches were good and his goal was well taken. Shouldve had one in the first half but his finish went right to the keeper, we shall see how he goes this weekend....

Che I watched the game as it was on early for once in Sydney and he actually did well. His touches were great for those running off him, he should've scored in the 1st half but he hit it right at the keeper. His goal was taken very well also. Can see potential in him but I really cant see him being our starting #9 in SL, for me he just doesn't have that killer instinct we need.

Apollon plays Erminiodas away which wont be easy for them so there is a chance we can extend our lead. I agree with Original21 I really cant see us losing 3 games in the playoffs, we haven't lost a league match in 2 seasons, cant see it happening now..... Our boys will be fully focused and they ALL know what this means after all they came to AEK to get us back to SL. Very strange about Lamia Che as that whole area is pretty much AEK, but then again money talks....

That's what I read on a site yesterday and they usually do have games Wed & Sat (example) as they don't let it go for 10 weeks as you said BUT with AEK being there this time god knows what they would do to extend our season and have less time off before we go into the SL......

Last game in this shitty division and thank god we don't have to see those horse paddock grounds any longer...... Atleast the game is at a time where we can watch it and not wake up in the middle of the night in Sydney hahaha those 3am games kill me...... When they play PAOK I can see 15,000 turning up and if we meet the gavri or vazeles in the playoffs then just imagine the crowd then..... Great to see!!!!
