There is a list on their site but not on a package level. Check out www.greekchicago.comI am in Canada, and my brother called and spoke to somebody and they said the package is $39.99/month and you get over 40 channels. How come you can't find channel list on their site?He also said you have to get the service for a year.

You are right. My bad I saw the feature but it does not work. And you are right the EPG does not work either.I just saw this. Don't get it confused with on-demand. Catchup TV is supposed to be a feature within the EPG that enables you to go back a certain amount of time and watch any program that has been broadcast. My friend says that there is not even an EPG yet.

Here in USA we pay $95 for the box and I am not awre of a 12 month contractHey Georgios.Same here in Australia. You have to go on a 12 month contract and pay $400 AUD for the box.It's really funny why they wouldn't advertise what channels they have in order to push their service.Don't get me wrong i love it I haven't had any major problems with the service but here in Australia not enough advertising I found it by accident.

We don't get novasports 4 or 6. I have the same issue with a few channels here in the USA including novasports highlights. You may want to notify the technical support because It's a buffering issue. Sometimes rebooting the device may fix the problem. However the majority of the times I am getting these issues fixed after sending an email to technical support or calling them.
If you don't mind can you post the channels you are getting in Australia?

Three new channels were added: novasports hd delayed and NovaCinema delayed. The third one which I was surprised to see is the Private Spice aka adult program aka tsonta 24/7.
NovaCinema 3, NovaCinema 4 and Private Spice are locked and password needs to be used in order to watch them.
No additional fees to watch the locked channels at least for premium package users like myself.

Has anyone set this up on a Roku box?
I added their private channel... but actually getting a subscription to their service is proving difficult. Phone lines never answered, emails never answered, etc.
By the way how did you add their private channel? I was looking for the channel but no luck at all. Unless you called customer service and they gave it to you over the phone.

You should try calling them again. The technical team has a dedicated 800 number and they are available most of the time. I only had hard time talking to the sales or customer service area.

NovaCinema 3 and NovaCinema 4 were added as well. They both have parent control restrictions due to sexual content.

I just noticed that NovaCinema 3 and NovaCinema 4 were added as well

New channels are currently getting tested and most likely will be added next week. The Irish channels are no longer available and the majority of the new channels are local channels.
Also i have seen significant improvement on the screen resolution of NovaSports 1HD and NovaSports 2HD. Also no buffering issues for the two once they changed them from SD to HD.

It looks like OteSport1 and OteSport2 are back although I am not a fan of transmitting HD in SD format. 4E is back as well and I see they are testing

Great, thanks! Yes I spoke to them and the boxes were shipped last friday. So all the way to BC, probably get them early next week. I'll report back once the parents try them out.
If you don't mind how much did you pay for the premium package? Also did you pay for the box? I just saw they are charging the box for $95 including shipping.

Now I'm trying to watch the panathanaikos euro league game and I'm getting a black screen. The first 3 sporting events I've sat down to watch is nothing but a black screen. So just when is this service going to be worth the money?
I am able to watch all nova sports channels. Just give it like 10 seconds for picture to show up after selecting either novas1 or novas 2. It didnt use to take so long for them to show up.

HI, sorry for the late reply. I ordered the premium package but it hasn't arrived yet. What are peoples experience with the delivery times of the boxes? Also, I'm a bit concerned about some comments about the internet connection. Parents are on Telus High Speed (V1) which is a 15mbps ADSL line. Any thoughts on if this will be OK?
you may want to follow up with them regarding the delivery. They told me it is going to take 3 to 5 business days but I had to call twice to get the confirmation the box was mailed. Also it took a week for me to get it after getting confirmation that it was sent. So from the time I placed the order till I got the package it took 10 days.

Not quite sure why there is a star international test channel. This channel used to broadcast Start International but not anymore. Probably they were testing something although the same channel was broadcasting in a non testing environment as well.
I pay $60 per month. I have the premium package and due to a promo I pay $60 instead of $80. $60 is not a bad deal for the features you are getting although things can get improved. Keep in mind that if you live in Greece you need to have a subscription for both Nova and OTE (or Connex) in order for someone to view both NovaSports and OTE Sports channels.

Like I said they have to make some improvements. In order to get beIn plus FSC plus Gol TV plus the Greek channels you need to spendpprobably 115 bucks per month. On top of that you need somehow to be connecting to the computer to watch super league and hoping the link works in order to watch Greek soccer. Instead I can watch all of the Greek sports including euro league basketball and campionato and la liga and bundesliga and premier league and portugeuse liga and french ligue and Argentinian league and Hellenic cup through ellas tv. And I have the option to watch free movies and shows and all the major Greek channels including Nova and kids channels in Greek. Sometimes you need to see the forest behind the tree.
Don't give wrong. They still need to make improvements but I am going to use a Greek saying :

It is funny how there has been a sudden influx of new postings about Ellas TV... :ph34r:
Anyway, having been using the service for a few months now, here are some thoughts by my friend:
Positives:
- Channel changing is fast for the most part
- Time delay channels are great, maybe one of the best features
- A lot of radio stations available, also YouTube and TuneIn app accessibility.
- On demand has promise
- Response time to issues is generally fast. He said he usually sees service notices pop up on the box before he even notices issues.
- Picture quality is great on most channels with exceptions (more on that below)
Negatives:
- A few channels don?t work from time to time and picture quality varies on others. (Break up or degrades) But he says they have been getting better at fixing them quickly.
- On demand lacks. There are a lot of sections and options, but some of them are empty and updates to them are slow or sometimes non-existent.
- No EPG or Catchup TV as advertised yet. It seems they are working on it, but nothing yet.
Overall he is happy with it and says it has promise, but a number of issues do need to be sorted out to make it better. He moved to a new house in a wooded area, so satellite signal is difficult to receive. But he says he misses the DVR option he had with Dish the most. Presumably if they launch Catchup TV and/or update the on demand more frequently, it wouldn't really be an issue. More updates in the future?.
I do agree with your comments Grk101. There are a few things that can be improved like you mentioned with your post but overall a good experience. By the way i think Catchup TV is now offered.
