    I think we need another defender and frankly if Giovanni is not interested to come - I don't want him forced here.

    I think another attacking midfielder would be good. As a last resort Abdoun would be ok. I would be happier with Leo or another quality player that Milo finds.

    As far as forwards, we should have grabbed Pap. Need a guy who busts his ass and scores. That's all.

    Make a statement and tell him to pound sand. Then he can negotiate a new contract for less money.

    They are all playing with us and I hate it. Let Milo find others to do the job.

    We don't need "big names". Just players like Johansson that come in and contribute immediately.

    This looks like a good one and hoping he continues his solid performances with us in the SL.

    I would take Paps. Hard worker and scores. No side shows either.

    I still want us to grab Leo. Having a great year and looks like his playing maturity has improved. With all of the stamina training in Korea, he would run circles around players in the SL.

    Next year will be tough. Very tough. Sure we played well against oly this year in the cup but that was our final. And we played it all amped up. Next year each team will be gunning for us and we will not be playing each team in the SL like it is oly in the final.

    We need some serious talent added to this team for anything to happen. The performance in the playoffs has shown me that we are lacking in many positions. And with mantalos and bakakis hurt we need to assume that they will not come back full strength or ever reach their previous form. Sign the right players and assume nothing.

    And for those that think that we are going for the title, that may be premature, though I hope I am wrong.

    The problem is you have no midfield. If AEK was capable of playing 4-4-2 Djebbour would be excellent, but no target man can perform without service.[/b][/color]

    I 100% agree and have been saying the same thing all year for both him and Blanco. I figured for 3.5 million he would be lethal in the box even without being served but apparently he only produces when served at full speed (remembering goals from last year at Panionios). He soemtimes finds himself in bad spots - which leads him to poor positioning. But watch him play lately. It seems that he doesnt even try sometimes. We could have saved the $$ and let Pavlis grow....

    Actually, that's not true. We still have Emerson who can fill that position. I also think it's time to let Kiriakidis get a chance.

    As for Kats, it's dissapointing to see him go, but it's the best for his career.

    To me, Kats and Emerson are 2 different players. Not to mention almost 10 years in difference if I recall correctly. Besides, when we ended last season, both players were starting and complimenting each other. Not playing the same position. So if emerson moves back, who moves to emerson's position?

    I agree with you on Kiriakidis... But first thing first... We have the champions league to deal with...And as good as Kiriakidis might be, he is not ready for CL...
