  5. I agree, but clearly something happened between EPO and Olympiakos.
  6. Stadium there requires bigger than expected upgrades to get to FIFA standards.
  7. Omonoia's maiden voyage in the UEFA Europa League ends in the Netherlands, in Eindhoven as they visit PSV. Omonoia could still avoid finishing last in the group with a point and a PAOK loss. A win and a PAOK draw/loss would also do it.
  8. As long as there's no/few fans, Rizoupoli might be better anyway. Even with fans, OAKA is too big unless you can get at least 50,000. That's why Karaiskaki was so perfect, but again, something clearly happened.
  9. Where should the ethniki play for the upcoming campaign? OAKA seems to have problems, I don't think Rizoupoli is a permanent solution, the new AEK stadium is STILL under construction, and Leoforos hasn't been up to standard in over 15 years. That covers Athens. In neighboring Piraeus, for some reason, EPO and Olympiakos had a falling out, as Karaiskaki had been the main home of the ethniki fairly consistently from the time it reopened in 2004, through the end of 2017. The long rumored move to Crete never happened, as the stadium there needs work. Every time they try to play at Toumba in Thessaloniki, something always happens. So what's the answer? Where will the ethniki play? Where SHOULD they play?
  10. By the way, where we playing our home games? OAKA again? Rizoupoli? Perhaps back to Piraeus and Karaiskaki? Maybe finally make the long rumored move to Crete?
  11. Oh yeah, good point. I don't see why that's something to be proud of, though. You either qualify, or you don't.
  12. 2018? In Russia? We were there? You sure? We got out of our qualifying group, but lost the playoff to Croatia.
  13. Not easy, but not impossible. Sweden has actually been better since Ibra's international retirement.
  14. Going to be very tough for Cyprus to make their World Cup debut in Qatar. Cyprus has been drawn into Group H with Croatia, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Malta
  15. Last CL game for Olympiakos in the 2020-2021 season, finishing at home to Porto, in the driver's seat to get 3rd and at least play on in Europa. Obviously, we will keep an eye on what happens between City and Marseille.
  16. Quite the prediction. You agree it was a legit penalty though, yes?
  17. Indeed, good luck against Granada!
  18. It's been known to happen, and don't forget, I'm Greek too.
  19. Omonoia 2-1 PAOK FT Our first-ever Europa win! Good luck against Granada, leventes
  20. Omonoia 2-1 PAOK FT WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
