Yet skibbe got us to a play off for a WC place ultimately losing to the eventual runner up. With Belgium in our group that we almost inflicted their first home loss in years were it not for a send-off. In hindsight they should have stuck with him as they are paying him out anyway along with Anastasiadis and have now hired a lesser couch! EPO is run by monkeys!

If I play chest one day I can't sleep face down because I feel it weird. If I play back I can literally only sleep sideways coz back/traps feel sore. It makes me feel violated that u hit both muscle groups at the same day.
Im tryna put some cross training/crossfit in the week to start slowly cutting from now. Lots of football doesn't help because I always eat pizza with it (it's a rule).
^^^Arnold Schwarzenegger used to superset chest & back exercises on same day lol...anyway, it sucks we put ourselves in this position but you never now what can happen, however unlikely.

Unfortunately looks like the injury to Manolas is worse than initially thought. Looking at 3-4 weeks out, with Roma hoping to have him back by 5th November.

Update: The injury is just a muscle strain should be back in 2 weeks

Apparently now tests show he has a fracture that will keep him out for up to 4 weeks...damn shame, hopefully he can make it in time but then fitness will be a problem

He hasn't even had the scans to see the extent of the injury yet. You can't say he will probably miss the playoffs at this stage

^^^Absolutely disgusting. 30 on to 1 congratulations. This should never happen at a national team game. Perhaps there is a case of the guy asking for it sitting in gate 7 but this should not be happening. This sort of thing shows that perhaps national team games should move from Karaiskaki
