Vasilios Spanoulis to Rockets?

:o a semi-official Turkish website reports that PAO off-guard Vasilios Spanoulis has signed a contract with the NBA Franchise, Houston Rockets. He will get $2.4M for the initial two years and $2.8M for the latter two years of his four-year contract. :o

Steve Nash was the MVP of the NBA in the 2004 and 2005 seasons....

GRE - Tsakalidis on the move to Houston

HOUSTON (NBA) - Jake Tsakalidis has joined his third NBA team after being traded to the Houston Rockets from Memphis.

Houston sent Scott Padgett to the Grizzlies in exchange for the 27-year-old, who gives them extra depth at center while they wait on the return of China international Yao Ming.

The 7ft 2in, 290lb Tsakalidis is averaging 2.3 points and 2.8 rebounds in 23 games - seven starts - with the Grizzlies this season.

Tsakalidis, who is in his seventh NBA season, has averaged 4.9 points and 4.0 rebounds in 302 career games with Phoenix and Memphis.

He has played for Greece’s national team but has not represented his country since EuroBasket 2003.

The 6ft 9in Padgett averaged 1.8 points and 1.9 rebounds in 24 games with the Rockets this season.

He owns career averages of 4.2 points and 2.8 rebounds
