Group 1 (South) - 18 teams Aghios Dimitrios Aiolikos Mitilini Apollon Smyrnis APS Zakynthos Atsalenios Acharnaikos Vyzas Megara Diagoras Rhodos GS Ilioupolis OF Ierapetra AO Koropiou Panahaiki Patra Panaitolikos Agrinio Paniliakos Pyrgos PAO Vardas Rhodos Theba AO Thyella Patra Group B (North) - 17 teams Anagennisi Artas Anagennisi Karditsas Androutsos Gravias ASK Olympiakos Volos Giannina AE Doxa Granitis Doxa Drama Ethnikos Katerini Enosi Thraki Thermaikos Thermi Lamia Kavala AO Nafpaktiakos Steras PAO Neon Epivaton Polykastro Pierikos Katerini Trikala AO The winner of each group will qualify to B' Division. the second place teams will play a play-off game to determine the 3rd team qualifying to B' Division. The last five teams from Group A and the last 4 teams from Group B will be relegated to D' Division.
