Or what are the real reasons that he is always around..... I mean now is Alefantos on charge....and Gogic his assistant... Before was the sympathetic Protassov.....and Gogic...... Coaches and Assistants come and go....on a regular time bar.....but Mitropoulos is always around.... As I said no gag intended.....and I m really curious to serious answers..... But he was also around par example when Lemonis was around...and Lemonis has a different character than Alefantos...... Mitropoulos behaves so dominant around the bench....., that a good international Coach would not accept him on the field near the bench...... If it wasnt for Mitropoulos we would have forgotten that Thrynos is the same old club that it was 10 years ago.... So he is there to remind us what Olympiakos really is about... Alhtia, Karagiozies, Tsarlatanies, traboukismoi, dorodokies ktl ktl. I can name several other people involved over the years similar to Mitropoulos... Green_Empire Posted April 22, 2004 Share Posted April 22, 2004 I ran into Mitropoulos last year in Kerkyra. My uncle took me to the "big" Olympiakos rally...Kokkalis and the like.
