Blackhawk
The current situation concerning the Superleague 1 TV rights for the upcoming season is as follows: SUPERLEAGUE 1 - DOMESTIC TV RIGHTS - GREECE & CYPRUS Novasports: Aris Thessaloniki, Atromitos Athens, PAS Giannina Without TV contract: AEK Athens, Apollon Smyrnis, Asteras Tripolis, Ionikos Nikais, NFC Volos, OFI, Olympiakos Piraeus, Panaitolikos Agrinio, Panathinaikos Athens, PAOK Thessaloniki, PAS Lamia,
Blackhawk
Apparently COSMOTE is in negotiations with AEK, Panathinaikos, OFI, Lamia, Volos, Panaitolikos, Apollon and Ionikos for their TV rights for next season. They are willing to pay 6.5 mil Euro to AEK and PAO, and 1.3 mil Euro to the other 6 teams. This would leave Olympiakos, PAOK and Tripoli without a TV contract. Blackhawk
COSMOTE TV has officially announced the TV deal for the upcoming Superleague season with Panathinaikos, AEK and OFI. COSMOTE is still negotiating with Lamia, Volos, Panaitolikos, Apollon, Ionikos and Tripoli. Their standing offer is 8 million for all the teams (around 1.3 million each). So far the teams are rejecting the deal and threaten the delay of the upcoming season. NOVA has a contract with Aris, Atromitos, PAS Giannina and Olympiakos. PAOK is apparently negotiating with COSMOTE and NOVA. PAOK's asking price is 10 million. PAOK TV is always an option.
Blackhawk
The Superleague TV contract negotiations were settled for the 13 out of the 14 teams and as a result it opens for the Superleague 1 to start on September 11, 2021. Additionally it was voted by Supoerleague that starting with the 2023-2024 season there will be a collective TV agreement concerning the television rights. The only team that does not have a TV contract right now is PAOK, who have turned down an offer from NOVA which was reported at 7 million Euro per season. This would represent a pay cut from the previous season, when at the same time AEK, Panathinaikos and Olympiakos received hefty increases. SUPERLEAGUE 1 - DOMESTIC TV RIGHTS - GREECE & CYPRUS Novasports: Aris Thessaloniki (1-year contract at € 4,500,000) Asteras Tripolis (2-years at € 1.600,000 per season) Atromitos Athens (1-year at € 1,700,000) PAS Giannina(1-year at € 1,600,000) Olympiakos Piraeus (2-years at € 11,00,000 + € 3,000,000 bonuses per season) COSMOTE: AEK Athens (2-years at € 9.000,000 per season) Apollon Athens (2-years at € 1.600,000 per season) Ionikos Nikaias (2-years at € 1.600,000 per season) NFC Volos (2-years at € 1.600,000 per season) OFI (2-years at € 1.650,000 per season) Panaitolikos Agrinio (2-years at € 1.600,000 per season) Panathinaikos Athens (2-years at € 10.000,000 per season) PAS Lamia (2-years at € 1.600,000 per season) Without TV contract: PAOK Thessaloniki
